Getting there
Toronto Pearson (YYZ) connects to downtown in 25 minutes on the UP Express train to Union Station. Billy Bishop (YTZ) sits on the harbour, a short ferry and walk from the Entertainment District. VIA Rail and Amtrak also arrive at Union Station, and most rentals are reachable from there by subway or streetcar.

Harbourfront
Lakefront boardwalks, island ferry docks, and condo suites with water views. Calm evenings and excellent for families with strollers.
Distillery District
Cobbled Victorian industrial lanes, galleries, and the winter Christmas market. Loft rentals here feel residential and walkable.
Kensington Market & Chinatown
Independent food stalls, vintage shops, and older walk-up apartments. The best value downtown if you want character over polish.
West Queen West & Trinity Bellwoods
Restaurants, bars, and design shops with a big park in the middle. Brick semis and upper-floor flats suit couples and small families.
The Annex & Little Italy
