Yes. Reading guides, searching destinations, browsing rental deals, and creating an account are all free.

Use the destination search in the site header (or the large search on the homepage). Start typing a place name — suggestions include popular destinations and alternate names, and selecting one takes you straight to its guide.

Use the “Find a rental” button to browse current rental deals, or open any destination guide and follow its vacation rentals link. Listings link out to the third-party site that manages the property.

Choose “Join Free” in the header and register with your email address, or sign up with Google in one click.

Yes. On the sign-in page choose “Continue with Google”. We receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google to set up your account — we never see your Google password.

On the sign-in page choose “Forgot password”, enter your email, and follow the reset link we send you.

Sign in, open your account dashboard, and choose “My Profile”. You can update your display name, bio, location, website, social links, and avatar.

Any registered member can rate and review destinations and guides. Reviews are tied to your public profile name.

Reviews may be held for moderation before appearing publicly. Our team screens for spam, abuse, and irrelevant content, and members can report anything inappropriate.

Open any article and scroll to the discussion section. You need a free account to comment, and the same community standards apply as for reviews.

Create an account, then use “My Articles” in your dashboard to draft and submit a guest article for review.

Apply through the contributor application in your account area. Tell us about your travel experience and the destinations you know well.

Our editors review every submission for accuracy, originality, and fit with the site. You'll receive an email when your submission is approved or if we request changes.

No. We are an independent guide. Properties are owned and managed by third parties, and listings link out to the external site that handles the rental.

Rental links lead to third-party websites such as A1VacationHomes, where availability, pricing, and booking are handled. Their terms and policies apply to any transaction.

Use the contact options on the external listing page for that property. We can't answer property-specific questions, but we're happy to help with questions about our guides.
